Becca takes the lead on many affiliate website projects. She communicates with clients and keeps her projects going, following our website process and self-managing her work. She is very diligent about getting tasks done and keeping up with deadlines. She has such a collaborative nature and is always asking for others feedback and wants to know how something could be improved. Over the course of this year she has taken on more opportunities to present and showcase her work to stakeholders, her confidence has definitely grown when articulating design decisions to stakeholders. She is seen as a positive and motivating team member and has been an incredible part of our team.

Becca is always looking for ways to improve processes and automate those tasks that are taking up too much time when it comes to web design and development of our local practice websites. She has also implemented new introductory communications with our local practice clients about preparation of website content really anticipating that this is the most time costly part of the process to make sure the projects progress successfully and are completed in a timely manner. She also has taken the lead on finding ways to integrate AI tools in our digital platforms to increase speed and productivity. She is aware that being educated in AI now will only help us as new technologies keep emerging.

Becca wants to understand the goals and will ask many inquisitive questions to get to the real problem that needs to be solved. She is a genuine person and is really great at building relationships with her team and stakeholders. She comes prepared to meetings with data and makes sure to bring the UX perspective to the table. She comes up with creative solutions and if something isn't working she will go back to the drawing board and will try something else.

Becca has incredible knowledge of UX design and she has brought her expertise to the table with many projects. One example is the Canopy Partners website redesign. She performed user testing, created assumption statements and personas all based on sound research. She involved the client every step of the way. We were able to back up our design work based on all the research she did. Her training as a UX designer involves doing in depth research at the start and really understanding the user, so no matter the project she brings these skills to the table and makes sure to present the thought process to the client and bring them along this journey to help them understand the final solution. Clients are always impressed with her thought process, the research she presents and how she involves them in the process. Her skills in this area are invaluable at RP.
